  2. hi, i really love your looks and your photos. you look absolutely stunning in every photo. from the comment here above, i realized that you mentioned your boyfriend took the photos for you. do you know which camera is he usually using and what angle should the camera be positioned? I realized that I looked horrible when my boyfriend shoots me but I look so much better when i take a mirror shot of myself. haha

    1. He uses my camera which is a Canon 60D and a 55 mm f1.8 lens (the camera runs about 1200$ and the lens about 120$). Don't give up just yet! When I first started taking photos I had NO clue what to do in front of the camera. I have found that it is more about the angles of the body rather than the angles of the camera. It does help that my boyfriend is an excellent artist and he does have quite the eye for composition.. but much of a good photo depends on body language! Through practice, I've literally taken thousands of photos, and reviewing my poses when I go through my photos.. you kind of just learn what poses and stances look good with your body type! Also facial features and learning at what angles your face looks best! Everyone has good and bad angles.. you just need to take a little time to try and figure out what those are (: Also, don't hesitate to direct your boyfriend when he is shooting you...the reason you probably love your mirror shots are because you are controlling your angles and pose yourself how you feel comfortable! Don't be discouraged.. good photos come with time and patience haha!
